Power off/on does not reset the sensor.
To restart the sensor, unplug the device and wait at least 2 minutes before reconnecting the device to the power supply.
The A7017 Ionic Silver Stick® prevents the growth of microbes in the water pan (changed 1x per year).
The A681 HYBRID filter removes viruses, bacteria, pollen, fine dust and mites from the air and also reduces odours (changed 1x per year).
The AH700 evaporator mat is responsible for the natural humidification of the indoor air (cleaning every 2 weeks, descaling as required, change every 2 years).
The AH705 Silencing Grease is a special synthetic grease designed to reduce friction and wear of the rollers in the water pan (use as needed, recommended after each cleaning).
We recommend the A7417 Calc Off Cleaner and Descaler for BONECO Humidifiers (descaling as needed).
The water has been in the water tank and in the water tub for a long time.
The device is not cleaned. Accessories are used up.

The mat supplied with the H680 original may only be washed by hand. To do this, remove the evaporator mat from the drum and wash it by hand with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
The AH700 evaporator mat supplied with the H700, which is also available as an accessory for the H700 and H680 models, can also be washed in the washing machine at max. 40°C.

The Evaporator Mat was not properly inserted into the drum.
Check the evaporator mat for correct fit. Limescale deposits on internal parts.

HYBRID devices are extremely quiet in operation and only produce a gentle noise that is reminiscent of white noise. Models with an additional water tank work on the principle of a bird bath. Every now and then, there may be "gurgling" noises when water flows into the tub. These noises are perfectly normal and a sign that the device is working properly.
The desired operating mode can only be stored in the app.
If the preset target humidity is exceeded in hybrid mode and the particle sensor does not detect "bad" air quality, the device will go into standby mode, which is indicated by the pulsing LED on the device (above the LED ring).
If the desired humidity is reached, but the device detects poor air quality, the operation remains active, but without the humidifier drum spinning.
If filling up water does not work, check the app for existing error messages.
