Particle sensor is defective. This sensor can be replaced independently, please contact our service regarding the spare part.

P500 & P400: What is the difference between the P500 and P400?

image

Compared to the P400, the P500 has a higher air purification performance and is therefore suitable for larger rooms. The P500 also has a particle sensor that automatically measures the fine dust pollution in the air and allows the device to adjust the fan level itself in automatic mode.

P500 & P400: Which filters can be used for the Air Purifiers?

An ALLERGY, BABY and SMOG filter. On this website you will find the description under the Air Purifier devices.

P500 & P400: Is there a detailed filter description?

Each filter we offer has a distinct purpose, targeting different airborne particles or pollutants based on specific air quality needs. Therefore, the filtration technologies and materials used in each filter vary. At the same time the design and composition of each filter is optimized to maximize filtration efficiency and performance for their intended purposes.

The ALLERGY Filter (available for the P400 and P500) is focused on decreasing the allergen load in the air.
It combines an Anti-Allergy layer, HEPA Filter, and Active Carbon Pellets.
It differs from the other filters with its blueish Anti-Allergy Filter layer with a denaturing effect on mites and pollen and is responsible for reducing 99% of allergens
The HEPA Filter layer of the Allergy Filter filters dust, pollen, hair, allergens, certain viruses, and bacteria, and last but not least, the Active Carbon Pellets remove VOC's and unpleasant odors.

The BABY Filter (available for the P400 and P500) especially aims to keep the whole family safe from viruses and bacteria.
It combines an Enzyme Filter, a HEPA 12 Filter, and Active Carbon Pellets.
It differs from the other filters with its greenish coat on the surface of the filter, which is an enzymatic layer, which attacks the cell walls of bacteria and is responsible to catch specific viruses and bacteria.
The HEPA Filter layer of the Baby Filter filters dust, pollen, hair, certain viruses and bacteria, and the Active Carbon pellets remove VOC's and unpleasant odors.

The SMOG Filter (available for the P400 and P500) is the best choice for city residents and smokers.
It combines a HEPA Filter and an Active Carbon infused Particle Filter.
The Filter is especially designed to reduce tobacco smoke, harmful gases such as VOC’s, formaldehyde, odors, and exhaust gases thanks to the large surface area of the interwoven active carbon particles in which the gases get trapped.
The HEPA Filter layer of the SMOG filter filters dust, pollen, hair, carbon dust, ash, fine dust, smog, and tobacco residue.
